unrealized projects
This section collects a series of unrealized projects, as they belong to design solutions that were subsequently modified by the permitting authorities or requested by the client, as these proposals are constantly evolving. Many of these projects also stem from professional assignments for the design of buildings on privately owned land, intended for sale with an approved project. However, for various reasons, these projects were not completed by the building contractors, despite having duly obtained the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
