Context and Preexisting Structures The project building is located in an area characterized by a mix of single-family and multi-family dwellings, with contemporary and traditional architecture. The predominant roofs are flat or hipped, while the surrounding residences range from single-story villas to three- and four-story buildings and small condominiums. The existing building features: Flat roof with main terrace Basement and first floor above ground Outdoor area with garden and existing curved swimming pool Porch/walkway connecting the terrace to the back, serving as a lookout and with beach huts The current home is not restricted by any particular historical or architectural value and therefore can be renovated and expanded. 2.
